Due to the nature of the product, Little Things does not offer refunds or exchanges.
Little Things does everything possible to ensure your purchases are delivered without damage or delay. If your parcel is damaged, please contact the shipping company that delivered your product. All packages are shipped through Canada Post. If you are outside Canada, the parcel will be handed off to your local postal service before arriving to you. What this means is that all of our parcels are sent with your privacy in mind. All pacis are packaged in a double shelf box on the second, lower layer, and are surrounded by crinkle cut paper. Miscellaneous free items and crinkle cut paper are placed in the upper layer. Should your package be mistakenly open by another human, they won't see the pacis unless they remove everything from the box.
International orders require a description of the product on the shipping label. At this time this field is filled out as "Collectible" or "Accessory" for your privacy.
